What 32 inches changes on a Gruper mat
A standard mat is 24 inches across. These are 32, the same 72 inches long, and the extra 8 inches is where your hands land in a wide plank, where your elbows rest in a side stretch and where a child can sit beside you without being on the floor.
Three mats come this wide. Two are TPE at 6 or 8 mm with marks printed on top, one with alignment lines and one with a mandala in the middle. The third is our 15 mm NBR foam mat, for floor work more than standing poses. A 32-inch mat is heavier and takes more room rolled up, so measure the floor and the closet before you pick one.

Will a 32-inch Gruper mat fit your room?
Measure a patch 6 feet long and about 3 feet wide, and leave room to step off the side. Rolled up, a 32-inch mat is a longer tube than a 24-inch one, so check your closet too.
How thick a 32-inch Gruper mat can you get?
Up to 15 mm. Two of the 32-inch mats are TPE at 6 or 8 mm with printed marks, and one is NBR foam at 15 mm. Choose TPE for standing practice and the foam mat for floor work.
