How to reach Gruper about a mat, a ball size or a page on gruper.org.
Not sure whether 8 mm or 15 mm suits your floor, or which ball fits your desk? Write to us, and a person replies.
practice@gruper.org. Tell us your height, the floor you practice on and what you do on the mat. The reply comes back shorter that way.
