The small print
Editorial policy
Where the facts on gruper.org come from, what we will not claim about our mats and balls, and how to report a mistake.
The people who run the Gruper catalog write every page on gruper.org. Here is how a fact gets onto a page.
Facts about the products
Thickness, width, length, weight, material, ball sizes and what comes in the box are taken from our own product data and printed as they are stated there. The ball size chart by height is the one printed with our balls. Where two of our product pages disagree about a figure, we leave the figure out rather than pick one.
Health and pregnancy
We do not say that a mat or a ball treats back pain, corrects posture, eases labor or replaces a physical therapist. Where a page touches exercise in pregnancy or with an injury, it quotes the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health or the CDC, links the page we read and says when we read it.
The pictures
The photos are our own product photos. Where a studio photo carried a caption band, we show the part of the photo without it.
Corrections
If a price or a sentence here is wrong, write to practice@gruper.org. We fix the page and the product data behind it.
