How we update prices

The catalog was last updated on October 9, 2026. If a figure here and the one at checkout differ, the checkout is right.

What we update, and how often

We update prices, and which colors and sizes are on offer, on a schedule, several times a month, from our own product data. A color or size that stops being offered leaves the site at the next update and comes back by itself when it returns. Prices on this site are the figures from our last update, not a promise.

What stays the same between updates

Thickness, width, length, weight, material and what is in the box belong to the product, not to a price, so they change only when the product changes. We take them from our own product notes, and where two notes disagree about a figure we leave it out. The ball size chart is the one printed with our balls.

Ratings

Star ratings and their counts are the ones buyers gave each product. Colors and sizes of one product share one rating, so a product page shows a single figure for all of them.

Sources

Our guides and articles on exercise, yoga and pregnancy cite the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health and the CDC. We open and read each page before we quote it, and the date we read it is printed beside it. How we hold these figures to the Gruper approach is written up in our editorial policy.
