Three Gruper balls, one size chart
All three balls come in the same four sizes, and the size you need depends on your height, not on which ball you pick. The chart below is the one printed with our balls. Sit on the inflated ball with your feet flat on the floor. If your hips sit lower than your knees, go up a size.
The difference between them is the surface. The ridged ball has rings around it and a patch of massage beads and the thickest wall of the three, at 2.8 mm. The anti-slip stability ball has a glazed, grippy finish and a stated load of 300 lb. The classic ball comes in five colors and the lowest prices. If you are pregnant, ask your ob-gyn before you start. Our ball size guide quotes what the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists advises.
